This includes; 3x strength training workouts and 2x boxing based workouts

Your food plans are also structured and monitored through our habit based coaching approach

We do not advocate calorie counting and instead focus on the health of our clients and ensure that each client is eating the right foods to improve their health as well as get them the results they want
