Semi Private Personal Training is you working in a small group (6 max) with a personal training following your own program)


A fitness class is you working in a group with a trainer where you are all doing the same workout or slight modifications for injury/experience


Semi Private Personal Training is you following a personalised nutritional plan that is tailored to you, isn't reliant on calorie or macro counting and you are coached through with your trainer or dedicated nutritional coach


A fitness class is you being generic advise, set calorie or given macros and given advice when you ask


Semi Private Personal Training is you having access to your coach to book 1-2-1 calls and get any help or advise with lifestyle, training and/or motivation and support


A fitness class is you working out in a group where you may feel good during it but you don't speak to the trainer until you see them in the following session


Semi Private Personal Training is you getting a call or text from your personal trainer asking why you couldn't make the session and offering alternatives to keep you on track


A fitness class is you turning up when you want and not getting contacted by the instructor or gym


Semi Private Personal Training is you checking in with your coach every week whether that is through a weigh-in to check you are on track or through a call
