After your initial 1-2-1 assessment we then build a workout program based around you exercise experience, any injury/injury history, mobility and of course, one that is specific to the body shape changes you want to make

Our personal trainers monitor your programs each week through our coaching app

And are able to make any specific changes that need to be made to the plan to ensure that your continue to progress through the workouts and do not get bored with the workouts

With our strength plans everything is tracked within the app and you can also view your progress
Home Based Workouts
In order for you to be able to build a weights based workout you need to have the previous data to ensure progression

Every single workout you do at Gym Reb3l is tracked within our app
​
Meaning your personal trainer can look back and see all the progress, update the plans according to your progress
​
You are able to view the exact weights you need to be lifting (no guesswork) and also be able to see the amazing progress you have made to your strength

If nothing is tracked it can't be monitored and progressed
With every workout being made available through our coaching app you get 24/7 access to your workouts

This means that if you travel or can't make the workout sessions

Our personal trainers can add additional workouts based on the equipment you have available when you are not at the gym

This means your workouts are progressed and you keep the consistency in your training to achieve amazing body shape changing results

Our personal trainers are able to view this date from the home/away workouts to keep up to date

Each client has their own bag, weights and mat section

This means there is no intimidation inholding pads for other people, everything is focused on you!
