If you are fed up of yo-yo dieting, struggling to lose weight or just can't shift those 'last few pounds'.

Working with our personal trainers we will put together a specific weights based program (coupled with our boxing workouts) that is specific to your body shape goals.

Work With Our Personal Trainers To Get The Weight Loss and Body Shape Goals You Want

30 Coaching Sessions

Working with your own personal trainer you will follow a workout plan that is specific to you and is tracked within our own APP

​

You will work with your personal trainer in a small group of a maximum of 5 other women, where you will all be following your own personalised weight loss plan

​

2 sessions a week on your 6-week challenge are dedicated to conditioning work and this is completed in the form of boxing (bag work) and HIIT based cardio

 

Boxing and HIIT is one of the best ways to maximise your calories burnt during exercise

Food Plans and Weekly Calls

A huge part of the success of your body transformation is down to your food and the nutritional coaching we deliver

​

We coach clients through 'Habit Based Coaching' helping you to create the daily routines you need with your food to get the body shape and weight loss results you want

​

Your personal trainer will work with you 1-2-1 through this coaching you every step of the way

​

All nutritional habits are coached through the app with our 'habit tracker' program

​

A lot of diets fail because they are focused on routines that are not sustainable for most people

​

Shakes, calorie counting to name a few, our focus is on coaching you as an individual to put together the perfect food plan for you

​

(P.S: No calorie counting either)
