If you are fed up of yo-yo dieting, struggling to lose weight or just can't shift those 'last few pounds'.

Working with our personal trainers we will put together a specific weights based program (coupled with our boxing workouts) that is specific to your body shape goals.

If doesn't matter what your current fitness levels or experience is, everything is programmed to you.

30 Coaching Sessions

Working with your own personal trainer you will follow a workout plan that is specific to you and is tracked within our own APP

In our semi private personal training sessions you will be working with up to 5 other women

2 sessions a week on your 6-week challenge are dedicated to conditioning work and this is completed in the form of boxing (bag work) and HIIT based cardio


Boxing and HIIT is one of the best ways to maximise your calories burnt during exercise

Nutritional Plans and Weekly Calls

A huge part of the success of your transformation is down to your food and the nutritional coaching we have

We build easy to follow plans that are built around you and your habits to give you the success the you want from the program

We coach clients through 'Habit Based Coaching'

A lot of diets fail because they are focused on habits that are not sustainable for most people

Shakes, calorie counting to name a few, our focus is on coaching you as an individual to put together the perfect food plan for you

(P.S: No calorie counting either)
